INGREDIENTS
¼ Cup Frozen Cranberries
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
1 ounce Lime Juice
1 ounce White Rum
1 ounce LaLuca Prosecco DOC Treviso
METHOD
- Place 1/4 cup of cranberries, 3-4 mint leaves, 1 teaspoon simple syrup and 1 ounce of lime juice in the bottom of a glass.
- Using a muddler, crush the cranberries and mint to release the oils.
- Stir in 1 ounce of rum. Top with LaLuca Prosecco until the glass is filled.
- Garnish with strawberries and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
